Very sad news today. Anna Nakagawa, known by Godzilla fans for playing Emmy in 1991’s Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah, had died from terminal cancer at the age of only 49. Goodbye, Emmy.

Here’s the first time She-Hulk broke the fourth wall.
I’m always amused when I hear fanboys — and I’ve heard this more than once — gush about how great Deadpool is because he’s the “only” or even the “first” Marvel character to know he’s in a comic book and break the fourth wall.
She-Hulk was breaking the fourth wall literally 10 years earlier than Deadpool, you guys. John Byrne wrote an entire series based on this satirical conceit. It was called The Sensational She-Hulk and it ran for 60 issues (1989-1994). The series is full of cheescakey art, but it also tries to have it both ways by having She-Hulk subvert and protest against her portrayal as a sex object. She often goes so far as to yell at the writer and editor of her own book, sometimes “tearing” through the comic book page itself.
She-Hulk also broke the fourth wall during her brief time in Heroes For Hire in the ’90s. She hasn’t done it since then, although Dan Slott’s run on She-Hulk in the early 2000s heavily hinted at it.

She Hulk’s victory quote against Deadpool in Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 is “If this game were made in the 90s, it’d be me clobbering YOU with the health bar,” which reference’s ‘Pool’s super move where he pummels the target with his health and super meters.
